Thousands of years back Ayurveda - The world’s most sophisticated science introduce the concept of Vegadharan. Vegadharan simply means suppression of natural urges. In Ayurveda root cause of almost all the diseases is Veganigraha. Acharya Charaka broadly explains the concept of Vegadharana in Charak Samhita Sutrasthana and explains how suppression of urges lead to serious illnesses. ER -
